The Lew PUFP-CT-WT-PB by Lew is a pop up power box designed to be installed in a countertop surface in or wet locations. They are ideal for kitchen islands, bars, restaurants, hotels, or anywhere that you need a certified power pop up. The top is made out of real metal and features an assortment of finishes to match perfectly in your kitchen. When you need access, simply push the and power becomes readily accessible to plug into the outlets. When you are done, press it shut till it closes. The power outlet is a decora 20 amp receptacle that is GFCI protected and features tamper resistant outlets. The installation requires the outlet to be hardwired as it does not come with a corded plug. The pop up is IP44 rated for wet applications and is splash rated. On the underside of the bezel there is a waterproof gasket that keeps water from entering. The pop up only takes up 3″ of space under your counter so it can be installed in almost any location. Use the unit in a counter for quick access to power when a wall outlet is not possible and to keep dangerous cords hanging from kitchen counters.
